To know: The exchanges are not possible. We will refund the returned items

Prepare the package:

Items to be returned must be intact, in perfect condition for resale with all labels and preferably in their original packaging.

The refund  terms

The refund of items ordered online can only be made if the items are returned to the warehouse in the condition in which they were sold within 30 days of the date of delivery.

It is up to him to keep all the proofs of this return. sweet-pants.com therefore advises the Buyer to return items by registered postage or recommended type COLISSIMO or by any other means to provide proof of reshipment. These shipping receipts must include the following information: consignee address, shipping date, order number and parcel number.

The contractual relations between us and our consumer customers are exclusively submitted to the French law.

According to Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code "Every consumer has the right to make free use of a consumer mediator for the amicable termination of the dispute with a professional. ".
